“I went to this 76 gas station, located next to the 10 frwy on Grand Ave for a couple things in their shop/store, although I did not get any gas, I did notice their prices were a little lower then most but it was the customer service that I'm here to talk about, I was greeted by a young man, I think his name was Joseph but if not, he was new there, he mentioned that but only after I told him how impressed I was after hearing from him the money/rewards I could save by using their rewards card, he then proceeded to tell me that the item I was buying was having a special and that if I got two instead of one, I could save $6.50!! on top of that, I also got .43 cents on my reward card that could be used for gas and for products in their store, this guy was so knowledgeable, super friendly, well groomed and a polite smile that could light up a room was so helpful and so I'm writing this stellar review about him and his 76 employer, who were so smart for hiring him!! I will be back and you should stop in for some gas here-evetything was clean and neat and again...IMPRESSIVE!!”

“Frankie is the most awesome kind hearted ❤️ person? I threw my house keys away the night before , I stopped to put air in my tires and threw my mcdonalds trash in that trash bin.. I asked if I could go thru their DUMPSTER? to look for my keys? he said he would unlock it for me and THEN PULLED THE BAGS OUT 1 BY 1 AND MY KEYS WERE FOUND!!??”

“I got to CVS and waited about 1 minute to be helped( 2 people in front of me). They had a couple of people helping customers, but it was quick, informative, and a pleasant experience. I got my prescription, talked to the pharmacist and had all questions answered promptly. From the time I entered CVS and left CVS was 7 minutes. I was treated very well by a clerk that had a big smile on her face, and the pharmacist who answered all my questions. Thank you”
“The cashier Yvette was very helpful. I purchased a battery for my key fog but did not know how to install it. She took the time to show me how to install it. The employees at CVS will do whatever they can to help you and I love shopping at CVS because they care about their customers.”

“I had low blood sugar and dizziness. Fortunately, an attentive employee saw me and helped me. She was a nurse before and I was a student. She personally went to school with me immediately to ensure that I was safe and well.”

“Started coming here during the pandemic and haven't stopped. They were one of the few places to not raise their prices like crazy. Was able to get necessities at a fair price. Milk lasts until the last drop which isn't true at some places. Good prices on Milk, eggs, bacon, bread, tortillas and chorizo which is my normal order.”

“I owe a great debt of gratitude for the store manager Frank, who went so far above and beyond in not only customer service excellence, but in compassion and grace. After purchasing coffee and using the atm, I exited the store and inadvertently left my phone on the hood of my truck while loading up and keeping my two small dogs inside the cab. I drove away forgetting the phone. Unbeknown to me, it flew off the truck on the onramp to the 10. Phones are expensive, but most important to me were the photos and text messages of my late girlfriend Chelsea and I. I realized the phone was gone. I made it back to San Diego and was able to ping its location to the side of the onramp' a couple blocks from 7 eleven. I called 7-eleven and spoke with Frank, telling him about the phone and about Chelsea, and explaining that I was back in San Diego. Frank gave me his personal cell number and went to the onramp. He found the phone and kept it safe for me. I offered him a reward and he declined. Oh thank heaven, for 7-Eleven takes on a different meaning now. Thank you Frank, from the bottom of my heart.”

“Car wash experience here is a mixed bag. Bought a $14 Lunar Wash, pump was out of receipt paper but the ladies inside gladly handed it to me in there. I chose the touchless wash (the machine can do soft touch or touchfree) and it performed well. Drying qaulity is my main criticism. Your car is still pretty wet even with the dryer.”
