“I witnessed two of their employees save a man on Glendora Ave that had rolled his car. The doors were stuck and the car started on fire. Two of their employees heard the crash and my yelling and ran to the car in the middle of the street. They then opened the driver door with what seemed to be hidden strength at the time getting the passenger out seconds before it ignited into flames. Two great gentlemen that work here . They saved that man. Happy Thanksgiving !”

“I bought a 25 year old Honda Civic for my commute to school and home. I knew the car needed some TLC. I needed a smog check and a couple of shops down I saw Precision Automotive and so glad I found them. Marco and his son Antonio took really good care of a lot, at what I thought to be a fair price. Breaks fixed. Oil change. Fluids flushed. My radiator I found was broken a couple of weeks later we talked about that in keeping an eye on it, and well I didn’t want just anyone to fix it. I knew where to take my car to and that was Precision Automotive in West Covina. I know my car is in the great hands of Marco and Antonio.”

“This place is great. My alternator was dead. Fortunately, I was able to make it to Gonzalez Brother’s Auto an hour before they closed on a Saturday afternoon. Luis was a saint and said he would replace it for me, even if he had to stay open later than usual. He made me feel like he really had my back and I drove out of there an hour or so after I dropped it off. I will definitely be going back if I need any additional work done.”
