“Friendliest and best customer service ever. I Previously came to this Marshalls and I gave it a 0/10. I never ever review stores or restaurants. HOWEVER, I came in the other day and Alyssa was fixing the clothes racks and she looked busy but approachable. I couldn't find the Columbia shirt I wanted in my size so I debated wether I should be a Karen or not and bother her. I walked over and right away she was so friendly and reassured me that it was no bother to her. She helped me look for about 30 seconds and found what I was looking for. She was quick. She also recommended the clearance section, which I was able to snag a bunch of good stuff. I asked her if the store carried any outdoor patio equipment or furniture and right away she was able to tell me where to find it. She was 1.Friendly 2.Expert customer service 3.Knowledgeable of all the questions I asked. I'm glad to see a worker this dedicated despite all the other work they have on the side. I always see this Marshall packed with customers and it could get overwhelming to go above and beyond. Alyssa really made my experience great and I hope the managers recognize this work ethic. After asking Alyssa all my annoying questions and requests. She made sure I received the help I needed. $200 bucks later (worth it) Thank you Alyssa, I hope you see my review. Hire more workers like her. As a corporate manager for the food industry I applaud you.”
“This is actually a cute little store. My daughter likes going here to get cute stuff, but this last time we came, she liked these Kuromi wireless headphones that were $30. They have cute things but are also pricey. I get that anything Hello Kitty is expensive but I mean come one to pay 30 bucks for something that is not going to probably last long is not worth it. Don't get me wrong not everything is expensive but the things that kids like right now are.”

“My experience today was interesting I decided to buy myself and my grandson ice cream cup when I asked if we got free spoons to go with it they said no nothing was furnished I go to the car open the ice cream cups and fine wooden flat spoons in there for our convenience this was a learning experience for the first time hooray of course I went inside and told the cashier to let other people know there is a wooden spoon flat spoon in the ice cream cups oh well a Learning lesson today for me I still love Dollar Tree”
