Great customer service, explained details of work to be done very well. I do, however, disagree with the “recommended service” because I have changed the air filter and cabin filter 2 weeks ago but they have it on the suggested scheduled maintenance which means, they really did not check them.

Fantastic customer service. I drive about 30mi to this Firestone even though there are ones closer to my home because Richard and team are excellent. They explain in detail what my car needs and when. Very patient with all my questions. Respectful of my time as I stay while my car is being serviced.
