I came in right before closing time on a Saturday but they still welcomed me. I needed new batteries for my husband's 2 watches and the entire visit only took less than 10 minutes. They have reasonable rates, too. I will definitely keep coming back here for watch repairs or battery replacements. Give them a try!!”

“After reading some Yelp reviews, we took my wife's wedding ring to Alberto to look at the loose solitary diamond. He showed us how the prongs had worn down causing the problem. He created new prongs that were stronger and completed in two days. Excellent work. While we were talking, he noticed my gold chain bracelet and upon looking at it, pointed out the ring that had worn through and split. He is replacing it along with a new clasp. Highly recommend his service.”
“I’m giving this store a 5 star because of their employee Cristal was a great help with letting me know that they carry extenders for necklaces. I was so close to returning a beautiful necklace my boyfriend bought me for Christmas. A couple weeks ago I went and Alejandra had informed me that there was no way to make my necklace longer and that they didn’t have extenders which I was pretty sad to hear. Thankfully today Cristal was so nice and informed about the extenders!”
