The first time I was happy then I realized the extender wasn’t clipped in when he sized it so I went back a few days later and he resized for me in seconds without any question. Now it fits like a glove without needing the extension clipped in. Very good price and excellent service. I’m a happy camper! Planning to bring in my watches here whenever they need love and care.”

“I bought a ring in march at Brea as a gift to myself for starting a new job I had the ring for about 4 months and unfortunately a Swarovski diamond fell off. I was in the area and I decided to stop at this location to ask if there was anything they could do or if I was supposed to go to the Brea Mall where I had originally bought the ring to replace it. Lizette was so nice and helped me replace my ring and I was in and out of the store in less than five minutes! I was so happy with the service and even more happy that I was able to replace my ring at a closer location to my house. Lizette was able to pull up my account with my phone number and I didn’t need the box or receipt, she was able to confirm my account and replace my ring on the spot. “First time here was a year or two ago (I think) where I brought my aunt who wanted to get her bracelet fixed. We went in with the understanding we’d be paying but when as we were leaving our information they told us it was fixed and it was no charge. They were so nice and I liked their honesty.
Fast forward to present, my mom and I went to the mall and stopped by just to look. I saw a ring I liked and put it on layaway, then we learned we could sell jewelry.
Came back a couple days later w my mom to sell some jewelry and get some pieces resized/fixed. Everyone there was so patient and nice with us. Was able to get the ring I had put on layaway, got a ring resized, and my mom had some jewelry fixed! Me and my family will definitely be back! Loved their service and quality work”
