“Eloy was such a great help to me this visit and I really appreciated it! Sprouts is such an incredible place to shop and the people that work there are next level!! Thank you Eloy you made my day!!!”
“Bigger than I thought it was, but big selection comes with the space. Good spot to shop for many different things. Depending on what your looking for, they will provide great service when you voice yourself”
“Best products and prices. There are not a many options as a big supermarket but the fruits are very good and they have the lowest prices. The cashiers are friendly and super fast.”
“I had a wonderful experience at the Ralph’s on Sherman way in West Hills. I was looking for a specialty item that I did not find on the shelves. Chris assisted me and was so very helpful. He searched the back and found me exactly what I was looking for, rung me up and couldn’t have been nicer. A really outstanding experience with Chris. Thank you for being so very helpful.”
“You can find fresh fruits, vegetables, and dairy products here. Prices are a little higher than similar stores. This branch has a very good bakery with high-quality bread, cookies, donuts, and cakes.”

“I got 2 Ralph's in my area. The one on Sherman Way is closer to me & that store is usually out of stock on a lot of items I normally buy as of late. Plus the Sherman Way location doesn't have the greatest crowds visiting there either imo. So, I have made this Victory Blvd location my go to Ralphs now instead. Usually less crowded & they have more items in stock. Plus they seem to keep enough registers open along with the self checkouts if you want them. The store on Sherman way has their heads up their A$$3$ in regards to all that. I'd rather just drive the extra 2 miles to this Ralph's than bother with the one closest to me on Sherman Way. This store has it much more together in all ways.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at the Trader Joe's in west Hills today. Heather was incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful. She went above and beyond to help me with my flowers, and her warmth and positive attitude truly made my day.
The young woman at the register was also so friendly and helpful. Together, they made my shopping experience feel welcoming and special. It's not often that you come across employees who show this level of kindness and customer care.
Thank you, Heather, and the cashier, for your outstanding service. Trader Joe's is lucky to have team members like you. You turned an ordinary shopping trip into a memorable one, and I truly appreciate everything you did.”
