Terrible customer service. Do not give them your business. Purchased a dress for 5k never wore it. They claim i wore it because a mirror selfie i took. tried to return it within two weeks. Would not even give me store credit or return. The dress is in perfect condition. Unbelievable. Reporting to the BBB.

I quite literally had the most amazing experience with David purchasing my very first Balmain bag. He was kind, funny, relatable, and really made my first Balmain experience amazing.
