“Had my first customer experience with this brand recently. Went to try on something I was eyeing online. The fabric quality quickly justified the price point for me; this stuff is really nicely made. Associates were very helpful in ordering the right color in for me, as it was not in store. I caught a hiccup in the shipping method a few days later, so I called to problem-solve and they were so immediately helpful, beyond my expectations. A+ customer service. “My sister-in-law works at Jenni Kayne, so I wear a lot of their clothes and shoes (in fact, I'm wearing a Jenni Kayne sweater and clogs right now). I've been consistently happy with their quality and wearability over the years. The style is also perfect for me, a 38-year-old mom who just wants attractive, well made basics. I don't usually go into Jenni Kayne stores, but I happened to find myself right next to this one on Almont and decided to take a peek. This was apparently the first store, and it was very pleasant, with a relaxing, upscale vibe. I browsed the racks and tried on some shoes that were out on the floor. The staff left me alone in a way I didn't mind. I enjoyed my browse and made a mental note of a few things to buy down the line. If you like nice sweaters and comfortable everyday shoes, definitely check out Jenni Kayne.”

“Jila is the absolute best! I bought my dress from Jaxon James and it has a lot of intricate lace detailing. I was nervous about alterations but Jila made me feel at ease. Her prices are very fair and the quality of her craftsmanship is impeccable. Her boutique is so nice and she is a master at quick turnarounds. She holds onto it and works on it with updated close timelines to make sure it fits perfectly as the bride evolves closer to the big day. I lost weight before my wedding and she was able to change the size and fit of my dress with 1 week to go. Upon picking up the dress 2 days before it looked nearly perfect, but I realized I wanted the hem brought down a bit to hide my shoes more. I felt so bad dropping it off the day before my wedding, but jila accommodated me and turned it around in record time! I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you Jila for everything!”
