“I came here with my partner and was really confused by the 10+ person line heading out the door. Not because of the poorly designed interior the size of a 4 car garage, but because the dresses are very overpriced considering they’re made with fast fashion materials, and the patterns aren’t that cute. Why are y’all trippin so hard over this brand?But otherwise, the staff was helpful to my partner and a bit dismissive of me because I was the only guy in a dress store.”

I have been stopped on the street from Los Angeles to Paris ( pre-covid) and asked about the jackets or pants or even shoes I am wearing, The clothes are gorgeous and are perfect for work day zoom calls or eating outdoors. “My sister-in-law works at Jenni Kayne, so I wear a lot of their clothes and shoes (in fact, I'm wearing a Jenni Kayne sweater and clogs right now). I've been consistently happy with their quality and wearability over the years. The style is also perfect for me, a 38-year-old mom who just wants attractive, well made basics. I don't usually go into Jenni Kayne stores, but I happened to find myself right next to this one on Almont and decided to take a peek. This was apparently the first store, and it was very pleasant, with a relaxing, upscale vibe. I browsed the racks and tried on some shoes that were out on the floor. The staff left me alone in a way I didn't mind. I enjoyed my browse and made a mental note of a few things to buy down the line. If you like nice sweaters and comfortable everyday shoes, definitely check out Jenni Kayne.”

“Store location used to be on Robertson in Beverly Hills but is now on Sunset in West Hollywood. The address has not changed yet on yelp, FYI. There is ample parking in the back of Les Habitudes, in the Sunset Plaza, across from Chin Chins. You will definitely find what you are looking for here. It always exceeds my expectations, from service to clothing. Expect to spend $$$$ but it's worth the money, I promise you! You are going to look and feel fabulous in their exceptionally tailored pieces. Mary and the entire staff are wonderful to shop with because they listen to your needs and quickly figure out what styles are flattering on you. Ask for Mary though... she's amazing and my personal favorite. The dresses, gowns and bridal wear are out of this world beautiful! Every time I have shopped here there is something new and fabulous. The black evening gown, my husband bought for me, is gothic meets steam punk. Mary had it altered, in house, having the straps brought up and bustled the dramatic train. It is absolutely stunning, I couldn't be happier and can't wait to wear it. Don't go anywhere else. Splurge here!”
