“Excellent customer service. The owner and gentleman who work there are now like family to me. They dress me well and give me coffee and discuss fashion, life and anything. It’s like the “Cheers” of LA. It has managed to form a little organic community amongst the shoppers and owners there. It’s really a unique experience. And the clothes, it speaks for its self. 90% of my closet is from Charlie’s store.”
“Always liked this store. On Melrose and Robertson. This one and the location in Century City are the best. I don’t mind if no one right away greets me. So what. (See so many on this post that are complaining if they don’t get anyone right away to greet them.) It gives me time first to see everything without getting bothered or smothered. I like that. They know I like my space. Been buying JV for many years. Love their boots! Especially when their heels on men’s boots were a bit higher. Have bought at the Soho location too in NYC.”

“I personally didn't visit the store, however a member of my team did. They were totally flawed by the selection and customer service. There might be other similar stores in NYC and FLORIDA, yet this is by far superior. More importantly, it's WEST HOLLYWOOD !

“Consider me a crossroads fan girl - and this is the best location in all of LA. Not only are the buyers getting the best selection of designer and one of a kind pieces, but the service is the best. Sofia (Macias) helped me in the dressing room and we ended up vibing so much so that I made a new friend. You know the service is good when the girls working there inspire your style and deepen your love for the store. This is my new go to location now because of her!”
