Chrome Hearts offers a great, cool experience with good stock and plenty of items. The store is one of the smaller locations with not much to choose from and can be hard to find with no logos. Paid parking is available opposite. While walk-ins are sometimes allowed, appointments are generally required. The staff are awesome, really welcoming, friendly, nice, and knowledgeable about the brand's history. They are helpful and provide fast service without hovering. The doorman is fun and kind. Customer service is a noted strength. Many visitors plan to return.
