I walked in and needed a new chain put on an antique necklace and I was worried that it couldn’t get done today because I’m traveling tomorrow and wanted to take the improved necklace with me on my trip. Not only did Robert do the job today, but he did it in three minutes. He is the son of the owner, Arthur, and they are two of the nicest men I’ve ever met in my life.
