Our dogs love coming by here so much that we have to take different streets to get home sometimes! There are always special treats behind the counter, and a warm welcome every time we stroll in. We come multiple times a week because the vibes are strong and the love for animals is felt. Thank you guys so much for being an important part of the community, I hope the higher ups see this post and give you all raises, because you all deserve it. “My sweet girl just became a fan of this place and I'm sad it wasn't sooner! The whole experience on our first visit was amazing & the manager Joe is the best to deal with! He is so personable, friendly and has the biggest heart for dogs. Even as he helped us out he acknowledged all that came in and knew the dogs by their first names. That alone is the best customer service but it gets better! He asks you questions about your dog and allergies, issues etc and gives you the best plan for your dog. Joe also gave me a full tour of the store and watching their cooks cook this food for our furbabies made even more happy that my fur baby Harlow loves this place! I highly recommend & she also had no issues following Joe's transition plan! Her fur has become so shiny too! Thank you ❤️”

- Previous message-We have been loyal clients since Lola arrived to USA from Europe, almost 7 years ago. Always happy with the service provided by the team at the Beverly Location. Unfortunately, a while ago there was something going on there that we ended up going to the one in Santa Monica Blvd ( location open a few years after Beverly Blvd)
To our surprise, we left our dog and a day after we received a phone call from a very rude assistant manager, He also wrote an unlawful report about my 8 pounds Yorkie. He blandly accused my dog of being aggressive. I called back to the store and he declined to talked to me, so I went in person with my dog to find out the mistake, then he was even ruder. He got confused and said, “you see your dog keeps barking “ pointing to another Yorkie inside the day care… I said, Look my dog is here by my side behind the counter, and she is not even barking. Hilarious, not quite!
She is a HS client for many years without any complaints. He never apologised and kept the wrong report on file. We went back after a while to the Beverly location, we spoke about the incident with the team, they observed Lola’s behaviour for days, their response was, she is absolutely happy and fine.
Yesterday, we went back to SaMo Blvd location, since our preferred location is out of business.
Another manager refused to accept my dog for daycare, based on what that awful person wrongfully wrote about my dog. We requested full prepaid package refund, she said someone will call us, well no-one have call us yet ! Or they will? I doubt
