“Professional Moving was awesome! From the first call and emailing details, it was very straightforward and quick with the responses. I scheduled the guys for a Saturday and they were on time and professional.
I closed a branch of my printing business so there was a lot of heavy boxes of paper and supplies, but more importantly, printers and copiers that are super bulky and heavy. They were great about wrapping and protecting them, along with the transport. Everything went smooth with the pickup and the drop off.

I was able to reserve my unit online easily, and I appreciated getting a follow-up call the very next day to see if I needed any assistance with selecting the right unit and completing the signup. The staff was genuinely helpful and explained everything clearly without any pressure whatsoever – they were simply there to help me make the best choice for my needs.
When I arrived at the facility, the staff took the time to show me a couple of different unit options and provided thoughtful recommendations. The signup process was remarkably fast and efficient. He even walked me through downloading and using the app to unlock both the main door and my storage unit, which is such a convenient feature!
The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I was impressed to see they have a loading dock, which made moving my items in from the truck so much easier. The entire place feels secure and safe.

“By far, this is the best storage facility I've ever used, across multiple states. The on-site team (which is non-existent at many storage places) is always friendly and helpful. Mario helped us find our initial unit by literally walking us through the units that were available and that he thought met our needs. Pablo was great with making sure our moving-truck team had the space they needed.
But seriously, everyone reading this, what's most important is that there are no rats or other pests. This place is clean and air-conditioned from the basement to the top floor.”
“My check in experience was great, and fast. Terry was super helpful. I literally left my drivers license at the front desk. He ran to the storage units on the third floor and found me. Trust me I would have left it. Other than that, it looks clean, storage units look maintained.”

“I was attended by this new manager Kimberly, is my first time seeing her and she makes me wanna continue using Public storage because I wanted to use another storage house for some reasons, but after meeting with Kimberly, she was so lovely and patient with me, she was calm to listen to me even though I was going over board cos I was already on angry because of my previous experience there with another employee, but she kept calm and attended to me nicely and still walk me through the property and she make sure I was ok and satisfied, honestly I don’t give reviews but Kimberly is one of the most amazing public storage manager I have ever encounter and I wish every other public storage employee ll be nice as she is, Kim if u see this review I wanna say I’m sorry for the way I spoke to you, you are so amazing and professional”

“I have been renting from here for almost 10 years. There have been some really rude and nice workers like Delicia. However, exceptional service comes from over the phone. I'm upset that I was informed verbally that if I vacated one week prior to the end of the month that I would receive a prorated refund of one week. After I requested confirmation. Delicia denied what she said. All in all, the prices are reasonable and they work with you if you have any issues. I don't think that its fair to riase rent as much as they did. Would have rated them a five if, I received my weeks credit back. Also, the staff doesn't communicate that the admin fee is non-refundable if you don't move in.”

The only downside was the facility itself, the app and Bluetooth were often hard to get to work. Overall I’d use this space again and would recommend.”
