“Very organized and efficient, all their clerical employees were courteous and knowledgeable as were their warehousemen. I was in and out of there monstrous facility in 30 minutes and was assisted with a pick up right to my vehicle including loading. The morning I was there the temperature outside was approaching 100 yet the building was cool and comfortable even with many of the rollup doors wide open. “I would give them 5 stars but I'm reserving the last star, only because whomever owns this franchise, doesn't deserve the few wonderful overworked, understaffed workers. They professionally work at their optimum despite the overwhelming business. There's only so much they can do with so many customers coming in and out! They need help. The workers ( 1 or 2) at a time, never complain, are very helpful and kind. It's insanely obvious the 1 or 2 on any given shift are wearing so many hats on their shift. I've used this uhaul several times in the last several years and it's always the same. Great workers, not enough of them.”
