“Jason and his crew were fantastic! The moment they arrived they introduced themselves, assessed the property and began working. Jason was always on track making sure everything was being handled. He also made sure I knew he would handle everything and for me to relax! The packing was one of the best I have experienced! They made sure all of our furniture and boxes were well packed and secured! I definitely recommend him and will use him again in the near future! Great guys great company!!”
“Rates are not that great after the promotion for the size unit I rented. Valerie was really helpful and accommodating. I had my grandchildren with me just being kids distracting my business transaction. Great service though and easy location for me so far. Clean and easy to find my unit. I like the metal type unit's. But time will tell when we learn it all. I will report back in 4 months after the promotion. I used to go through another storage facility that I really love to have my things at and felt safe having my things there and the price was really great after the promotion for a way bigger unit. I was pretty happy but there isn't one in West Sacramento close to where I am.”

“Very organized and efficient, all their clerical employees were courteous and knowledgeable as were their warehousemen. I was in and out of there monstrous facility in 30 minutes and was assisted with a pick up right to my vehicle including loading. The morning I was there the temperature outside was approaching 100 yet the building was cool and comfortable even with many of the rollup doors wide open. Are you moving to a new location with time between moves? They can load up, store up, and deliver up on your schedule, no matter how big or small the job.”

“I would give them 5 stars but I'm reserving the last star, only because whomever owns this franchise, doesn't deserve the few wonderful overworked, understaffed workers. They professionally work at their optimum despite the overwhelming business. There's only so much they can do with so many customers coming in and out! They need help. The workers ( 1 or 2) at a time, never complain, are very helpful and kind. It's insanely obvious the 1 or 2 on any given shift are wearing so many hats on their shift. I've used this uhaul several times in the last several years and it's always the same. Great workers, not enough of them.”

I went to buy a new lock for the people. She said she would call them and explain what happened.
Then she cheerfully cut off our lock.
