“I rented a cargo van from Enterprise Truck Rental in West Sac for my move out of state. Every staff member I interacted with, both on the phone and in person, was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, low miles, and drove very well. To top it off, great deals were offered. It honestly felt like a family run business rather than a commercial one. I would rent from this location again as well as recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much Enterprise Truck Rental in West Sac!”
“Great professionalism and service provided at this location. They were friendly and the truck was clean. They also made the process of renting very easy and customer friendly. Great place to rent especially if you live in the West Sacramento area.”
“This rental experience and truck i rented was like a first-class 5-star exclusive experience when comparing it to the Uhaul experiences in the past. Do yourself a favor and reserve your moving truck with Penske, even if it coats more, you'll be ao happy. After this experience i will never rent another Uhaul, I don't care how cheap they are.”
“My work rents a truck for here once a week. The office staff is very nice and on top of it every time I go to pick it up its ready to go, and when i drop it off I hand them the keys and I'm gone. Never have to wait.”
“I would give them 5 stars but I'm reserving the last star, only because whomever owns this franchise, doesn't deserve the few wonderful overworked, understaffed workers. They professionally work at their optimum despite the overwhelming business. There's only so much they can do with so many customers coming in and out! They need help. The workers ( 1 or 2) at a time, never complain, are very helpful and kind. It's insanely obvious the 1 or 2 on any given shift are wearing so many hats on their shift. I've used this uhaul several times in the last several years and it's always the same. Great workers, not enough of them.”

“When I picked up the trailer the experience could not have been better, However, at my return there was a different employee who had an attitude I did not appreciate and I suspect Uhaul would not have liked it either.”
