“I finally decided to get my 'dream car' and it had a problem with a speaker. You can go nuts checking reviews so I picked a few and started calling for an appointment. After 3 calls to shops the soonest one I could get was a week away, maybe. So I came to West Coast since they were close to home and on my list. Lucky me. I was greeted by a super nice young lady who listened carefully to my explanation of the problem. She also read my mind and asked if I had considered a backup camera( my car is a convertible with a couple of blind spots). She said I could get it done the same day and while I waited for my ride, the technician came out and talked to me as well. The communication during service was excellent as I decided to upgrade both front speakers instead of the blown one and the price for all was excellent. All in all this was an excellent buying experience. My new toy sounds great and I won't be backing into anyone (very important when you are in your 60s like me...or 20s). I highly recommend them.”
