Every staff member I interacted with, both on the phone and in person, was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The vehicle was in excellent condition, clean, low miles, and drove very well. To top it off, great deals were offered. It honestly felt like a family run business rather than a commercial one. I would rent from this location again as well as recommend to friends and family. “I would give them 5 stars but I'm reserving the last star, only because whomever owns this franchise, doesn't deserve the few wonderful overworked, understaffed workers. They professionally work at their optimum despite the overwhelming business. There's only so much they can do with so many customers coming in and out! They need help. The workers ( 1 or 2) at a time, never complain, are very helpful and kind. It's insanely obvious the 1 or 2 on any given shift are wearing so many hats on their shift. I've used this uhaul several times in the last several years and it's always the same. Great workers, not enough of them.”
