This WiFi company is a joke. They do not have any way to check to see if there is an outage in your area, you have to call. There is always something going on with this WiFi. For as much as I pay for WiFi, it should work all the time.

Absolute worst ISP I've ever dealt with, and I've been a customer of a great number of them over the years. Constant service drops every 20 minutes for the last several weeks. Customer service is completely useless, offering no solutions other than upsells for service and equipment when there's nothing wrong with my equipment and everything wrong with their network infrastructure, for which they charge an extra $13 in fees to support every month.They are existing here purely on the lack of alternatives, particularly in the Southport area. I would recommend anyone that lives in West Sacramento to lobby the city to invite Xfinity or any other competition and force Astound/Wave to address their service issues or leave town altogether.

We rented a very old house. The installer was very knowledgeable and tenacious about getting us the best connection. Our speeds and reliability beat the heck out of Comcast. Go Astound!

The application through Eero on my phone is small and hard to read. It makes me feel very vulnerable with the control on my cell phone rather than something more secure like my desktop computer in my home. The information and control is not easy to understand and provides little control. The way it is organized is not very intuitive

Wow , thank you rubin ,I was doing maintenance on a building i cut the wrong wire .The tenants were rightfully upset.Low and behoid the next morning the tech showed up iwas worried about cost etc.Rubin not only fixed my mistake free of charge but he also made it work better and faster.Everyone lived happily ever after.Thanx again rubin

Called March 30th about internet not working, the technician came April 5th and told me wire was broken because squirrels. Then nobody came back replace it until today April 25th. And my internet still not working!! Ridiculous, if I could have xfinity in my area why would I choose this astound broadband. Sucks!!!

They give very poor wifi connection, all of us are forced to use wave and astound because theyre the only ones in the area. They still have ways to go before they can be called a decent wifi company.

I am a new customer to Wave. Tahrig was my installer today and he is amazing! To start off, I was 15 minutes late showing up to my apartment, I thought the installer left and rightfully so. When I showed up Tahreg was still waiting for me. He didn't have to wait but he chose to. The install went without a hitch! I'm am so happy to be a customer!

Terrible customer service.They keep increasing the price for the Internet i started at 55 a month a few months ago they increased it to 70 now when I got my bill it has been increased to 120 a month (they had increase my speed when I never requested it) i’m home for two hours a day 90 percent of the time I just use my cell phone. I called customer service to ask why the increase they couldn’t give me a straight answer canceling my service and starting with someone new.

Terrible service! The customer service tech was arguing with me about letting me speak with a supervisor for 20 minutes and then said they "confirmed" something. WTH is wrong with these companies? doesnt even sound like the tech was from the USA. this needs to ZERO stars review.
