“If I could give more stars I would! I walked into Kinecta on a Saturday about 30 minutes before closing, hoping to secure a new car loan. Typically before closing I’ve encountered a rushed service from the CSR’s, but not at this Kinecta on Lincoln. Jasmine A and Diana E were so kind and so efficient! They took their time to help me and went the extra mile to get things done. I have never felt so valued as a client/member.
