“The staff at Harbor Animal Hospital are amazing! The atmosphere is very welcoming and very clean. We took our elderly cat to get some respiratory things checked and get flea medicine and refill a past prescription for my cat. Dr. Norby and her helper Samantha were both super helpful and answered all our questions and told us extra tips on things and went above and beyond any vets we have seen. They werent pushy or trying to force us to do more tests and things than what we decided on and were very respectful.”

I can’t believe I can look back on the day I let her go and say the process was better than I could have imagined. Dr. Denise Osborne and her assistant showed up with such compassion. I am crying as I write this because of the kindness and patience they showed me on the hardest day of my life. Everyone there is so kind, and all the vets are truly knowledgeable. They’ve helped me so much with Bella’s care and health. My experience has been absolutely wonderful, and I honestly don’t think I could’ve found a better place for her. I’m very grateful for everything they’ve done for us! ... The only sad part is that they’re not open on weekends — I really wish they were!”

“Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. We arrived on time for the appointment and were taken back to the treatment room, but then were not seen, while other pets were seen. When I checked back in with the front desk, they appeared to not know who we were, when our appointment was, or when or if we would be seen. Bad all around.
UPDATE: This issue was promptly--and graciously--resolved with a follow up appointment the following day and free exam. It is refreshing for a veterinary practice to acknowledge and address a concern so quickly and directly. We will be returning.”
“Fortunate to have this vet urgent care in Santa Monica. I was able to walk in Sunday morning when my dog had an ear infection. The staff & vet Dr. Hinchey were kind and caring. Medical treatment was comprehensive and reasonable priced (for the area). I really felt good leaving, knowing that my dog was well taken care of, treatment plan in place with a follow up scheduled.
I’ve been here a few times for urgent care over the years, as well as some other ER vets in the area, Dr. Hinchey is a gem!”

I can't say it enough I Love this clinic and every employee. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OHANA VETERINARIAN CLINIC. Update 1/29/26. “Always a great experience. Very thorough. Love the availability when I need an appt. Friendly staff and always willing to make sure my kitties are well taken care of. My cats doctor is Dr. A and he is always attentive and has a great personality. Even when I need to see other doctors they are all great. All in all I absolutely love this facility. I know my cats are always getting the best vet care. I love the hours and how they are open on Saturdays. Most vets aren’t even open on Saturdays. Very clean and very beautiful inside. If your looking for great doctors and great staff this is absolutely the place to go.”

Lupe, the Senior Health Certificate Coordinator, and Dr. Nassi, the owner and medical director, are professional, kind, considerate, and polite. They make the stress of international travel and health certificates seem seamless. Although we haven’t yet taken our dog, Kona, for her appointment, we eagerly anticipate our visit on February 12, 2026. I am confident in the care they provide, and considering their reasonable prices, I believe this service is worth it. I highly recommend this clinic and they are incredibly responsive.”
