“I was building a gaming PC. It was not my first time building a computer, but I was having issues with the computer booting to the bios. I was scheduled to leave town that day, and was looking for answers. I dropped my computer off to Larry, and he was able to diagnose it for me within 5 hours. It turned out to be a bad motherboard. He gave me his recommendations on what to do, and I ordered another motherboard.
After ordering another motherboard, I still had issues with the computer. This time, it was my fault. Larry, again, took the time to diagnose my computer (on Memorial Day) and gave me another solution to fix my issues. I again, ordered new parts, and got my computer up and running.

Not only is the shipping super fast on hardware (in some cases even on items marked as backordered), but the licenses beat my incumbent provider (CDW) by a significant margin. Most importantly of all, there are real people processing the orders and they have your back. I've been called after placing an order because it looked like I had forgotten a required license. “After looking for so long in finding a place to fix my Huawei laptop's cracked screen, I was told to come here and I'm thankful I did because they were able to finally fix my Huawei laptop I wasn't able to use for a couple of months. I was surprised when I heard they were only charging me $69. The place before I found this one wanted to charge $140. As you can see it was such a big difference. This will now be my go to place if I ever need repairs. If the owners read this, thank you again.”
