“I am amazed everyday, every visit, and at every level in this fitness club by the way the daily routines are conducted. Starting at the top, each and every coach makes you feel that they are your best friend and genuinely care for your fitness and share encouragement and support for your goals. All the coaches are approachable and happy to answers all your questions. They produce well thought out new exercise routines everyday. The place is well maintained and super clean. I am glad to find such a great club and happy to be a member. Thanks to Anthony and the entire crew of coaches Jordyn, Ryan, Michelle, Nathanial, Gerardo, Jason, and the rest. Go, Fit Body!!”

“1/11/24 SIRMARK aka CJ was referred by Dr. Evan, Physical Therapist at VARGO for my knee effusion injury. Day 1 Twice Weekly we strengthen the muscles around the knee injury, lower and upper extremities. Sirmark impressed me by contacting Dr. Evan every 2 weeks to give an update on my recovery and received treatment suggestions we trained on the next sessions. Sirmark encourages improvement, his positive energy, intuitiveness, knowledge in the anatomy and understands the threshold of my strength which he pushes through to succeed my personal goal.
Knee healed.
Now, addicted.
4/18/24 Sirmark trains me 3 Days Weekly I feel like a SUPER ?! “I started training with Carolyn about 2 years ago. She is beyond amazing! She challenges me at each workout with new exercises. I've had some work-related overuse injuries and she doesn't let that stop me. She changes things up all the time. Carolyn knows her stuff and walks the walk herself. She also has given me nutrition guidance and answered my diet-related questions. She runs a very clean gym and sanitizes everything. I love going to see her! Chasing those endorphins!”

“I've been working out with Holly 1:1, 3 times a week, for about 3 months now and am so delighted! I sought out a trainer in a private gym because I had an injury/medical issue in 2016 that I never really properly recovered from & It had been stopping me from getting back into the gym on my own - I was concerned I'd injure myself because my body was out of balance & weak, and also it just felt overwhelming. I'm in my early 40s and feel more cautious than I did when I was in my 20s & 30s! So, I did some research & gave Holly a call. I started out interested in only private Pilates lessons, but our work has expanded to include strength training sessions on the gym floor. I'm starting to see results, which is awesome - my waist is trimmer, and I definitely have more muscle definition in my arms and legs. I also can tell I've gotten stronger - I feel that in my day to day life just doing regular stuff. Hiking, doing stuff in my garden, grocery store trips - I feel sturdier on my feet and a little more agile. One of my favorite moments in working out is when we discover I've gotten strong or confident enough to do a particular exercise I couldn't do before! And I totally appreciate Holly's expertise & judgement - she is cautious and always modifies or changes an exercise if something hurts or is off and I feel safe in that she won't have me do anything that's going to cause an injury. She is mindful of skipping positions that will unnecessarily strain my joints (like knees) and instead replacing them with exercises that will target the same muscle but be easier on the joint involved. I also really like Holly as a person - she's smart, patient, funny, kind, appropriately challenging. It's been fun getting to know each other and that also makes it better on the days I just don't feel like working out or am low energy for whatever reason. So basically, 10/10 - I've had a great experience & if you're interested in an experienced, pragmatic, challenging, and supportive trainer you should totally give her a call.”

“The best gym. The instructors and overall vibe are amazing and push me to be better in every way imaginable. I started here as a total amateur, and became empowered, inspired, and HUNGRY. Through the guidance of the instructors I have leveled up my skills to a bar I couldn't have imagined before, and I couldn't possibly recommend this place enough. You have to want it though, as with everything meaningful. You naturally make friends with everyone on a personal level and these people feel like family to me and I have a lot of love in my heart for each of them. This place is sacred to me.”

“Rowing is great full body workout, not just for legs. It’s for core, back and arms. I’ve been rowing at Westlake Rowhouse about one and half years and I see that my body is getting toned. There are challenges every month. Those are fun and they make you enjoying rowing more.. Coaches are great and the staffs are so friendly, and they care about you. This is a great community!”
