“I would recommend Jen (hardcore owner) as a nutritionist and healthy lifestyle coach - highly! She creates meal plans, workout regimes, and intentional recovery days that thoughtfully and safely help you toward your goals. She provides a wealth of knowledge on how your body works and why you are doing what you are doing, along with supplement suggestions that never feel pushy - just tools you can choose for your toolbox if you'd like. When the going gets tough, she has an abundance of tips to make diet and workouts more palatable and is always there as a friend to commiserate and build you up. Jen leads by example at Hardcore Fitness, and has built the most caring and supportive fitness environment I have ever experienced - from the trainers through the members. This is her family business and she makes all of her members and clients feel loved like family.

I recently completed a 60- day fitness challenge at Hardcore, run by Jen. I gained strength and confidence, while losing inches off my body. My favorite part of the 60 day challenge was the supportive community of other participants. People their stories, struggles, wins, tips, and support for each other both online in our group video discussions, as well as as in person at the gym. The community really keeps you engaged and focused on your goals.

This experience has given me better knowledge of what my bad habits weee doing to my body and what good habits I could foster for benefits I want. I plan to keep these learnings top of mind as I head into my (new and improved) regular routine.

I recommend Hardcore, Jen, and the trainers highly to anyone looking for a gym family/home. You can generally find me in a Lift class or in the Red Zone Rumble boxing class six days a week. I can't get enough of it!”

“I've been an Orangetheory member for years, and started coming to the Agoura Hills two years ago when I stated a new job here. Ever since then this is the only OTF I go to, as they are the best one! While the workout is universal across all, and my old studio is also great, the Agoura Hills one is just different. It's not nearly as crowded (although that might change soon given all the good reviews!) so the coaches can give each member more attention, the staff are always friendly and helpful, and the sense of community amongst members is strong. I've taken classes with almost all the coaches here, and while they each bring their own unique personality, music, and energy, everyone is awesome and guarantee to push you forward in your fitness and health journey.
It's a workout experience that I actually look forward to, and l always leave happy (sore, but happy).”

“Out here for business. Went to a LA Fitness at first but had to sit through a numbing sales pitch. Found this place and loved the casual vibe. Some of the equipment embraces wabi-sabi but it all works. Two thumbs up for me.”

“A personalized experience with great equipment and friendly staff, this gym is perfect for beginners and experts alike. I have been training here with Jessica for roughly a month now and absolutely love the experience. It feels tailored to me and I have felt myself becoming stronger and more knowledgeable during the process. Also the cleanest gym I have ever been to! Towels and storage are provided, and there is a free assessment for first timers.”

“I was a guest of a member. Although in the past it was a big hassle when presenting a guest pass, if the member has guest privileges, it's much easier for a guests to attend without having to go through a tour and the third degree.
The gym equipment is plentiful, varied and in good working order. The pool looks really nice to do laps and the cycling class seemed well attended.”
