“I have found it It’s rare to find mechanics these days that don’t rely on a computer to tell them what’s wrong with a car. Danny and his team team at 14.7 complete auto care don’t rely on computers. They actually have reliable knowledge of how old cars operate as well as new cars.
They worked on my 1965 Cadillac Deville, and made it run better than before because of their knowledge of what kind of wire my battery should have that it didn’t before.
I would totally recommend this place to anyone. Reasonably priced for great service. 🙌”

I originally brought my car in for an inspection, and they carefully diagnosed the problems and explained everything clearly. More importantly, they let me know that the issue was still covered under state law and advised me to take the car to the dealership, where I was able to get the repair done for free. Without their knowledge and advice, I probably wouldn’t have known that was an option.
The repair at the dealership ended up taking about 2–3 months, and during that entire time, they also helped me out by renting me a car at a very affordable price. That made a difficult situation much easier for me.
They were honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I’m very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!!!!🤙❤”

“I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from Darren technician and Todd manager, the top technician in the service department of Lexus Service Westminster. My 2016 Lexus GS350 broke down outside the dealership with the transmission locked and the key system completely unresponsive, a situation that usually requires towing and a long diagnostic process.
To make it even harder, this all happened on a rainy day. Most people would have stepped back and waited for better conditions, but Darren didn’t hesitate. He came out right away, in the rain, and took full control of the situation with total professionalism.
Even though my car is an older model and the issue involved complex system codes, he worked through the diagnostics step-by-step, decoding the problem and solving something that normally takes hours or even days to figure out. His ability to battle through the math codes, safety locks, and weather at the same time was impressive.
What stood out most was his calm, strategic approach. Instead of guessing, he followed the data, explained what he was doing, and made a stressful emergency feel manageable.
It’s rare to meet someone in this industry who combines deep technical expertise, fast response, and genuine care for the customer. Daren is truly the reason I will continue bringing my vehicles here. The dealership is fortunate to have someone of his caliber leading the service team.

“I only bring my cars Sunshine. They know what they're doing and will not rip you off. He saved me over $1000 to replace my cooling fan. The dealership was charging more than double for the same repair. I called them and asked for estimate which was around $700 with him. I've never had a bad experience. He is not a crook which in the past I have found many car mechanics are especially with females. Great people own and work at this shop.”

I originally took my Mercedes GLC to another repair shop in Costa Mesa and was given a very expensive repair quote. Before moving forward, I spoke with Al and showed him the diagnostic report. Within minutes, he knew something wasn’t right and explained that I was likely being overcharged for repairs I didn’t actually need.
Al invited me to bring my car to S&K German & European Automotive for a second opinion, and I’m incredibly glad I did. Not only did he correctly diagnose the issue, but he was able to fix my Mercedes for less than half of what the other shop quoted me.

“7yrs ago, I priced around for a synthetic oil change before landing here. I was given outrageously different pricing. Owner was very honest and matched my lowest quote. I’ve purchased a different car since based on his recommendations. It takes me 45min-1 hr to get to this shop, and I have no issues with that. The Shop is reliable and the owner will always make time to discuss future maintenance issues. He gives helpful suggestions on how to extend the time before your next maintenance visit.
The waiting area is quaint and inviting. I normally wait for my car to be serviced because of how quickly they work on it.”
“We had a valve stem issue on a tire in our 2004 motorhome. They were able to install a new valve stem in about 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon.
About 3 weeks later we were preparing for a 10,000 mile trip and noticed other tires would not hold air. I reached out to Edward and questioned whether new valve stems would help on our 22 year old RV. The tires were only a year old and purchased through a different Allen Tire shop that no longer did 22.5 inch RV tires.
Edward put Sammy and Mike on the job. They replaced all 6 valve stems with new steel ones and added the U-turn valve stems on the rear dual tire for easy access. It has been over 3 months and 5,500 miles with not one tire losing air pressure.
Thank you Edward and your team for giving us peace of mind about any tire issues while on this trip. Not having to worry wether I would need to air pressure has definitely put my wife's concerns at bay!
Price was fair and they have my RV tire business and recommendations from here out.

Loc took a look and he and his team was able to do the work, same day, for about half the price that Jiffy quoted me!! My breaks were squeaking pretty awfully every time I braked for about 3 years.. after about a half day of work with Loc and his team, the brakes work great, the car stops smoothly and the horrible squeaking is gone!!
