“This is my neighborhood grocer. The customer service with some of the younger employees has been lack luster. I actually can't believe how sub par it is and that management allows it. But then, I've also encountered management so I know where it trickles down from. However, I had the pleasure of being checked out by Jesse tonight. Wonderfully kind and friendly, but not over the top. Just norma,l salt of the earth interaction. So refreshing. Didn't make me feel like i was interrupting something by my coming to him to do his job at all. You're a gem, Jesse. You shine bright among your fellow employees. I hope this doesn't make anyone resent you.but seriously, screw them anyway. You are better than them. Who you are will take you further than your peers. Keep it up!”

“Awesome experience at Saikou Niku. The owner (?) was very nice and knowledgeable and recommended the right cut of meats without trying to upsell you. The price is very reasonable for the quality. We bought a bit of everything for our at-home Korean bbq. Better meat than any restaurant and cheaper too.”
