One star off because it took over 15 minutes and I had one package. It's not the workers fault. I believe the system is slow.
Tried to return an item through FedEx mobile. The instructions from FedEx stated I did not need to print out a shipping label and to simply drop off with a QR code. Not only did I have to wait a long time but was told that I needed to print out a label... Extremely misleading and wasted my time.
