“By far the best UPS store I have been to. I own a distribution business and I ship a lot of products through UPS daily. I have gone to other stores, but this store is the best. Other stores seem to get bothered by how many packages I drop off. Other stores nearby want me to ship through the “main distribution center” due to my volume and have told me that I have overwhelmed their drivers.
I have asked this store if I overwhelm them.

This one has the most friendly staff, best service, are very happy every time I walk in, and make me feel like family! I never feel like I bring in too many packages or feel pressured. “I have $1million for anyone who finds me a UPS store with better customer service - it does not exist. The employees at this store go absolutely above and beyond, including offloading boxes from my car, double checking to make sure everything is correct, and providing expertise in any question I might have. We use them for a big volume of packages and they make carloads of boxes easy to offload, scan, confirm, and provide receipts. They have even tracked down drivers for me to drop off an overnight package I missed the store cutoff for. Thank you a million times over, we are truly blessed to have them in close proximity to our factory.”

“Wonderful customer service. My seller made an odd mistake with the shipping and the kind UPS manager was accommodating and really helped me out. She was tired, as she was on her feet all day and it was near closing time, but she really did show me grace and she didn’t have to. (She has no idea how arduous working with my seller has been. Replacement shipments, incorrect address, weeks have gone by trying to get this 60th birthday present in time for my mom’s special day.) I really appreciate you guys. And over the years, every time I’ve been here, you guys are always professional, even with customers that don’t follow the Amazon return instructions and take out their frustrations upon your team. “Came here on Sunday 10-15-23 because I had called around to find a place for live scan fingerprints. Most business are not open for live scan on Sundays (which I had looked online two location that advertised they were open Sunday for fingerprints and they were not .) so after seeing online postal annex in yorba Linda was open I called and to my surprise they did do livescan that day. I quickly rushed down and met Leah . She was so sweet and nice . Made the process so easy. Along with other services this store offer's, shipping, notary, fingerprints and making keys! I'm definitely coming back .”

Today I was rushing to mail a package as I’m new to the area so I 1) didn’t realize how long it would take me to get there during rush hour, and 2) went to the back of the shopping center instead of the front and called super frazzled minutes before 5:30pm thinking I wasn’t going to make it after a long drive. Despite the fact that I’m quite sure I sounded completely unhinged, the staff member was as calming and kind in person as on the phone, and her boss whom I met there was equally genuine and knowledgeable about some questions I had regarding shipping. My stress melted away chatting with them and I can’t recommend their excellent customer service enough!”
