“Quick, easy, and smooth process! I am an upcoming groom to be and one of my groomsmen told me about this place. I came here with all 6 of my groomsmen and Ray immediately assisted us. Ray is the man! I appreciated his help and his consideration in what I truly wanted for my guys! Even though things became a little crazy with the busyness of the day, Ray was so patient, kind, and professional. He gave me time to decide for my guys and helped me with whatever questions I had. “Staff was super helpful, I've been a redwing customer since 2003. It was nice to visit the store again and touch and feel all the new options rather than an online purchase. Stoked on the 3190 slip on boots! Some people have sizing issues, gets loose after break in etc. , if this happens add the insert & you're dialed. “I was looking for hot pink fluffies everywhere. I had even ordered some online but the shipping time was telling me they wouldn't be here in time before a festival I am attending. So I desperately searched and found this place. It's in a rougher part of town and you park in the back. Keep in mind, they keep their door locked and you will have to knock for them to let you in. BUT don't fret bcuz, it has everything you would possibly want for a festival. I grabbed my fluffies as well as some super cute plus size stockings to go with them. Mind you, plus size is VERY hard to find these days, and they had so much to offer, especially stockings! Not to mention the countless other items they have from face jewels, boots, lingere, stockings, bikinis, shorts, Tutus, both shorter and longer ones, fanny packs, purses, you name it. This place will help you be festival, rave ready! Thank you so much! I made sure to get a business card and will return.”

“The closing time was incorrect on the Maps app on the iPhone but my experience up to closing was just great. They were understanding of me having to check out as they closed and they probably even ran over the clock a little, but they were patient anyway. Most important, since it was dark out, their security guard walked me out and made sure I got to my vehicle safely.”

“This place was great! It's difficult at times to find cute dress shoes for young girls and this store really fit the need for my granddaughters Christmas outfit shoes! The staff was helpful without being overbearing. We were able to find a size 10 and a size 1 for my 4 and 6 year d granddaughters in a fancy silver sparkle little heel shoe that makes them feel so special and grown up for Christmas and the prices were very good. I look forward to shopping here in the future for my daughter and maybe even myself! The previous review complaining about the 30 day policy is just plain silly. 30 days means 30 days dear, would you throw away your job for some idiot who expected to be the exception to the rule? Entitled much?”

“I always love coming here when i'm in the area because most likely I will find something and of course I did. I found a few clothing items and I left to go check out another store. During that time i realized that I already have something similar to what I just bought. So i went back to the store and asked to return it. Unfortunately, if you don't come here often, they only offer store credit. But for me it wasn't a big deal because I know i'd be back in the future. They also use the receipt as proof of credit so just keep that in mind. They can't transfer the credit onto a gift card so i just have to remember that it's in the form of my receipt.”

“Yes its a bit unorganized and messy but what store isnt these days? This mall is sad and dying but the quality is still there! I still pick up my chanel and lancome makeup from their counters. Yen at chanel is so kind and amazing! She actually gives great honest advice and doesnt push ugly colors on u! They honor all the discounts and give plenty of samples bc nobody is there to say otherwise! Sometimes I order items and have them delivered to the store and peruse while im there. I always find something cool and for a great price! Dont miss out on this hidden gem!”
