“This is a review of the Mission Viejo location. This store has a huge selection of jeans and other clothing at great prices. They also do same day alterations which is awesome. I brought in a pair of jeans I bought outside of the store and they hemmed them for only $10 in about 20 minutes. Great service and super convenient.”

“Amazing customer service. I had a terrible experience at a closer store on the same day. I called this location to check if I could find the last pair of shoes that was reflecting available on the website and if they were willing to honor the discount on the website should I walk in. The last location refused to honor the discount, required for me to place the on line order. After placing the order they then told me I had to leave and come back for the shoes, even though they had them right there in their hands. The young lady at this location placed them on hold for me and honored the discount. I will drive out of my way to come to THIS store from now.”

“A great experience! Super quick! Extremely friendly! I have two weddings for October and the closest one was last minute thing. I called in advance from their Santa Ana store on 1st street. I walked in around 12:30, I was sized, and the alterations were marked in maybe 15 minutes, if not quicker. The lady said it'd be ready by 3pm, which was perfect to pick up my kid from school. I got the call that out was ready before 1:45 pm. Super affordable too! My set of pants, jacket, shirt and tie was $170 out the door.

I came back the next day to see if they'd exchange my tie to a different color and it was painless and quick. Definitely coming back here when I need another suit.

Btw... I'm the type of person who HATES needing/wearing a suit. To me, suits are uncomfortable, cost a ton, and take for-freakin-ever to get done... and this suit/experience was none of those things. I honestly don't think I've ever voluntarily smiled wearing a suit before then.”

Parking: There's a large parking lot in the back. Plenty of spots and easy to find.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a large store filled with clothing and products. Everything is organized by section and sizing. It's very clean inside. They also have fitting rooms with mirrors.

Service: Thank you to all the workers that assisted us in picking everything out, but special thank you to Ray! He was absolutely cordial, helpful, and knowledgable. He measured my brother and showed us the aisle to look for suits based on his measurements.

Products: My brother and cousin needed a suit for a wedding. They offer all kinds of suits from different brands like Calvin Klein and Luxury Italian brands. The materials are high quality. There's many different colors to choose from. My brother really liked the suit he picked out because it was comfortable and fit well. The only piece that needed tailoring were the pants. Unfortunately they do not offer tailing services here. The belts were a bit difficult to choose from because they didn't have my brother's size in the style he wanted. The shirts, ties, and socks were easy to choose from. The socks and ties are one size. There's different colors and patterns to choose from. The shirts are organized by sizes and clearly labeled on the packaging. My brother also bought polishable black shoes from here.

Pricing: They offer special 3 suit packages. These packages include 3 suits, 3 shirts, 3 ties, 3 belts, and 3 socks. Prices depend on the color of the tags. Each colored tag represents different materials and brands. We went for the suites with red tags for $399.99. The shoes were $50. Definitely worth it!”
