Set for a package pickup since I wasn’t home. Got a confirmation email it will be ready at the post office next day. Come in and wait 10 minutes to get counter, employee takes pick up slip and disappears for 20 minutes to come back to say its out for delivery and there’s nothing she can do. No apology and no empathy.
