“Dear Team of the Friendly Hills Inn,

we wanted to share that our stay was wonderful.

Our reasons why we would recommend other people to stay as well:

- The team being very friendly and very forward coming with anything

- The room was extremely clean when we arrived

- The area is rather quiet (rarely any ambulances etc. /no shady looking people/no rowdy activities during our stay/other guest where friendly/no disturbance during the night)

- If we needed anything (towels etc.) or had questions (general stuff + around the area a little) you were a great help

- We felt safe (somebody of the team was always approachable/the personal ALWAYS came out of the office when new face arrived or at least took notice and had them on sight/all the locks worked on the door and windows/fire extinguisher being plenty full and visible all around the complex)

- The furniture is nice and sufficient enough (good chairs and table/fridge works good/bed is nice and comfortable)

- No carpet floor, so you know the floor can be cleaned properly (in room 109, we don't know about the other rooms)

- The ice machine worked flawlessly (we had many issues at other places, also at 'big' hotels)

- For the price = worth it, we would always stay here again, when we visit LA again

“Decent budget hotel in the L.A area, clean, decent sized rooms, pleasant staff & plenty of facilities nearby, it's a bit away from L.A's main attractions but you have to drive everywhere in Los Angeles anyway so for a bit of extra travel you are definitely getting more bang for your buck if you stay here, recommended.”

“Good hotel but aging a bit. We’ve been staying here for almost 40 years. Under at least 3 different names. Started as a Hilton, Radisson, and now Double Tree (Hilton). Maybe another name I don’t remember. Has been remodeled at least twice. This is the best it’s been in years.”

“Good people they help out people that are homeless and need a safe place to sleep for my son . They could work on having the walls cleaned better, after I cleaned my room myself an we had an excellent time staying there. I will come back but just to stay in the same room again.”

“I've been around this area and some, I was satisfied with the room; It was clean, roomie and I liked the room set up, a desk, night stands and TV with spectrum.
Quiet and slept comfortable, I also like the sourounding area with a near long stretch of a park full of various food trucks, too many to pick one only and that was wonderful 🥳 less then a block away from this location, also local stores down the street all within this place ( walking distance ).
Only a few minor details to even complain about.
