I love that the owner or staff always take the time to explain items to you, sample, or let you try out an item, without being pushy. Definitely worth the experience.”

“Wonderful experience at JCPenny Whitwood! Olympia went out of her way to help me find a pair of jeans. I looked myself and Olympia went in the back to double check, but no luck. After that I decided to keep shopping around and about 10 minutes later Olympia came and found me in a different section of the store with the exact style, size and length jeans I wanted in hand! I could not believe it! Amazing customer service on her part!! 10/10 would recommend”
“This lady went above and beyond for me today while shopping at DDs. A great shopping experience ends bad, so I think !!! After paying with my phone seconds later it was gone. Like a magic trick. I kept going back and forth checking, speaking with the kind representatives. Until a manager came to help review the footage for me, explaining that yes I did put in my pocket. That’s all I wanted to know because even if someone took it I just wanted to be at peace with that. She was so patient with me as I was crying suggesting to go back to look in the car etc. when I realized I went to the little grass area to take my puppy to the bathroom. And there it was right in the grass! Thank you for being so compassionate and understanding and kind. I will find out your name and also give you praise for this. You may think it was a small gesture to just look at the footage for me, but it meant so much. All I could think is I was going to loose all my pictures of my dog that passed and now my new puppy.”
“I’m from out of town and I was passing by and decided to go the shopping center here. I was approached by an associate named Adrian, he was very polite and helpful. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and answered any questions I had in regards of sizing. I had my daughter with me who is autistic and she had a good interaction with Adrian as well. He was very patient with her. If I’m ever back in town I would definitely give this store a visit since I do love shopping at vans.”
“I really like this place and when they have a sale it's fantastic. You really have to look hard and long for the right thing, but likely you will find it. If not the people there are very helpful. Today there was one young lady that was very helpful in assisting me to find the right frames for my house.”

“I had an excellent experience at Kohls. My girlfriend asked me to get her a lipstick from a brand I hadn’t heard of, Elizabeth helped me and was very patient and kind as I had no clue what I was buying for my girlfriend. Tonight is our 2nd anniversary and I wanted to do something special as I am planning to propose. Elizabeth helped me find a fragrance for both myself and my now fiancée to make the moment even more memorable. She was very knowledgeable about the products and I had a 10/10 experience! I would highly recommend this location and shop here again.”

“Prices are better than most outlet stores but recently new items coming in range from $15-20 when a few years ago it was around $10-12. I would just wait for these items to drop down in price, maybe a few weeks.”

“I like this store for many reasons! It has very good high quality clothes like Dickies and Pro Club. But the store is a bit empty. There is many spots in the store that can be utilized for shopping purposes. But besides that, the store has some acceptable prices for its products. Overall, if you work in construction or just want some high quality products, come here and buy plenty!”

i went in to buy my niece some socks really quick cause we forgot her ballet slippers (whoops) so in the rush i unknowingly grabbed a size that were waaay too small, i payed & was on my way. well while we were at my car about to open the socks the owner comes out & notofies me & gives me the correct size we needed!
just amazing. he didnt have to come out yet he did! cause his customers are a priority, love that!!”
