After a VERY stressful 4 hours of dealing with a flat tire from a rental at a competing company who were NO help to us (Not naming names, but rhymes with fudge-it), Kiya sprang into action and was able to get us a new car rental with Enterprise at a fantastic price. She was extremely professional and sweet as well as understanding of our situation. It was our wedding week and dealing with the other rental company caused so much additional, unneeded stress.
