“I really enjoyed shopping in your Temecula store today, and Marysol helped me cheerfully with a very complicated (at least to me, lol!) transaction. I fell in love with some super-soft, ultra hi-rise straight leg jeans, two super-soft off the shoulder fall sweaters (in two colors I couldn’t resist, & two pairs of cute fall novelty socks. When I let her know that I was going to purchase them online for a lower price, she let me know that she’d be happy to price match! After helping me get the best price in store (and not have to wait for them to be shipped!), she and her team-member quickly helped a long line of customers checkout. They all stayed cheerful & friendly and there was always someone to greet customers as they entered the store and thanked them for coming as they left!
Your Temecula AEO team is so warm, friendly and helpful! I love shopping in person at this location. “LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! My personal favorite Hot Topic to shop at <3 the sales associates are so helpful and knowledgeable and I always feel like I’m welcomed every time I walk in. I can never walk out of there without having a fun conversation with them! The managers are wonderful and clearly know how to treat their staff. They always looks like they’re having a fun time working which is so rare to find nowadays. Shout out to all the managers! They are so kind and lovely everytime I speak to them ♥️

“I found this store when I was looking for an expensive suit without having to drive to Los Angeles or Hollywood California. Moe and Bee are great when it come to helping you great the right shirt and tie combo.I found this store Amani Boutique in lake Elsinore where the outlet are. I did not want to pay over 400 dollar for a designer suit. The store has a variety of designer suits for 250$ or less. I have purchased a few suits over this year and they gave me a shirt and tie also with the purchase.I will post a few of my suits. If stop by there store you will be surprised of the quality of there suit. They also do alterations. That is the only store I use to purchase my suits.

“I recently visit Soltanto Japan. I was amazed on the great costumer services, They greet you has soon has you walk into the store which is really rare to see. They tell you about the lastest collections and drops, which omg they are unique!!! Great quality and prices. Definitely coming back such a friendly and warm place to shop. “OMG I scored! I got sale prices on a couple of things I really couldn't afford right now and so it made me be able to afford it and I deserved them, too. I get compliments on them over and over. I just got lucky this last week, at the Lake Elsinore Factory Outlets. Thank you, Lake Elsinore! PS a copy from your main office at Crest Motel in riverside. A really nice clean environment. I liked this hotel lot so I left a copy of your mag. But I got a non smoking room and did not need the remote . There's a fridge and I just really liked this stay. I'm sorry for having to be me. “I ordered a bunch of clothes for my teenage son on Black Friday online. I ended up needing to exchange a few items due to sizing issues. The process of exchanging was easy. Their was a jacket that they didn't have in stock so they helped me reorder it online with the correct size. Easy peasy.”

I guess the only downside is the always chaotic appearance of the stores, but that won't stop me at any time soon from going there.This particular store in Menifee is my favorite as despite the huge customer traffic the store manages to keep somewhat organized and always has enough clerks to help. “One of the nicer locations I've been to! They have a fair selection and some of the shelves were SUPER ORGANIZED. I was so shocked since I've been to a lot of Ross stores and understand that everything is always kind of a mess. Considering the awesome deals that you're getting, I'm not expecting a perfect store. Something else that I couldn't believe was that there were so many fitting rooms -- probably 20! The worker that I talked to was very nice and so was the security guard at the door. Will definitely be returning!”
“So the clothes of course never disappoint in this place the women's and the men's but the music in there is literally so irritating I walked in within there for about a minute or two and had to walk back out it's too loud and the style of music they play is terrible I don't know anybody who wants to shop well being simultaneously irritated”
