“Such a great experience from start to finish. Super convenient — I walked in, picked what I wanted, and was out quickly. Lindsay helped me with choosing everything and getting payment handled, and she was SO nice and easy to work with. I used their financing option, which was a huge plus because they allow early payoff (exactly what I was looking for, especially since my credit isn’t great).
Paco, their delivery guy, had everything at my house within two hours — seriously impressive. He removed my old appliances into the garage for me and fully set up the washer and dryer himself (water hookups, gas hookup, all of it). He was done in under 30 minutes and did an amazing job.
Both Lindsay and Paco were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. This was honestly one of the easiest appliance purchases I’ve ever made. Highly recommend!”

She was so sweet and my one star off was for how another employee talked down to her today because she didn’t know she couldn’t let someone use two coupons on two separate transactions in one day . One was for her one was for her sister, but an employee came over and scolded her in front of everyone! “Lol, I haven't been here yet, but I need to educate you ppl on these stores! They have crazy discounts ALL YEAR AROUND. On fridays they restock and that's the day for the best deals. If you aren't willing to stand in line to get the best possible deal, then simply don't come on Friday. The ppl who do come on Friday will have a friend or family member hold a spot in line while they take turns sitting in the car. This is 100% fair as we are not robots, and not everyone can stand for 2-3hrs straight without needing a break to sit, eat, or pee. When you get in the store they have ALL their rules posted in big words so the only way for you to be "scammed" is by you ignoring them and taking home something that doesn't work and even then. If u picked a good item that doesn't work, it is STILL worth the $8-$10 you paid! You can even ask the store associates about the can and cannot. If you feel an item may not work! DONT BUY IT! They have deals EVERY WEEK. Come back next week and look for something better. Do not ask for discounts on discounted items as they have $200 + items for a low $8! It will make you look like a bad person, and the regulars are going to remember you, lol. So, grab u some gloves because you will touch a lot of boxes! Have ur google camera ready to learn about products! And go hunt! I am not an employee there, nor am I paid for this review. Just a lvl 8 high tier Google reviewer trying to help the people who are now finding out about this type of business!”
