I've not left a review yet, but after our experience this morning, I have to come on and let everyone know how great this location is! Took my TERRIFIED 10-year-old daughter.. Wendy, the phlebotomist, was wonderful. My daughter was grabbing the walls in full flight mode, screaming and so scared, and she was so patient and gentle. We finally talked her off the ledge and she took her blood so well that my daughter told me that she would be able to do it again if needed, because it didn't hurt. THANK YOU WENDY (and also to her kind co-worker who helped)!”

“I recently switched my PCM and asked my new doc to run a panel of routine lab work to make sure everything is running smoothly. I usually get sent to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp, so this was my first visit here. It was a great experience! You'll find West Pacific Medical Laboratory on the ground floor in a building of medical professionals. The parking lot can get crazy packed, but it's big enough, and there's always a spot somewhere. Be sure you have your doctor's orders with you. I walked into an empty waiting room where I checked in on the kiosk, and Anna was running a one-woman show. She was great. Got me in and out in minutes. There were 2 other people who came in after me, but they left after me since I was chugging water to get that last sample out, lol. I had to go back the next day because apparently, the lab wasn't able to get the results they needed. Again, it was fast, and I left within minutes. Anna is a true professional. She poked me once each day and got what she needed. Last time I went to the other place, the phlebotomist missed 3 times before having someone else do it. I was bruised and purple for about 2 weeks, smh. Thank you Anna!! I highly recommend this place if you need labs done. They have multiple locations and no appointments are needed. Just walk right in! =)”

Randi did an outstanding job of not only drawing my blood but had a very calming personality which, having had a fear of needles since I was a small child, made me feel at ease. Vein was found easily, one prick of the needle, one vial of blood and...........done. Front desk was efficient as well. Computers were down so I'm sure they had their hands full that day.”
“Great team, out within 1 hour. The staff was kind and place is clean. First step, I self checked kiosk, quick and easy, asked for ID and insurance to scan. They offer to text you when they need you so you don't have to wait in the office and can go hang around the area. The front desk woman was kind and professional. The technician was also kind and professional, she was able to find my vain quickly (considering I have smaller veins hard to find) and did not feel any pain.”
“I've been to this location a number of times and have always had a good experience. I, quite often, get Ashley but have gotten other phlebotomists as well. Each time it's been an easy experience. It's usually hard to find a good vein on me but I don't have that problem with this location. I make an appointment each time and am seen w/in a few minutes. They are friendly and efficient. The facility is nice and clean as well.”
“I’ve been here twice now and have had positive experiences both times. I would highly suggest making an appointment to avoid a long wait. I’ve always been told I have difficult veins and have gone through a lot of negative experiences with blood draws, but not here. They make it so easy, get it on the first try and I’m out within 20 minutes.”

“I made an appointment in the afternoon and thought it would be busy and there would still be a wait. When I arrived there was no one in the waiting room and I was greeted by my phlebotomist who checked me in and brought me back in less than 5 minutes. The facility was very clean and in order. My phlebotomist was friendly and efficient and knocked out my blood draw in minutes. The whole process from walking in to walking out was about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend and will return whenever I need blood work. Thank you again.”
