“We have used a lot of USPS facilities over the years in multiple states with our business and hands down this has been the best facility ever! The staff here are amazing!”
“I’ve been using this post office for almost 2 decades, and the staff and service is always stellar. People actually smile at you when you walk in, which is rare these days especially at a post office. I am as close to the Los Alamos location as I am this one, But prefer this one over the other. They’re just not as friendly or engaged over there.”

“What a fantastic 5 star experience! The USPS offices in Menifee were closed so I came here on a Saturday just after noon. The two ladies here are amazing and offer absolutely outstanding service! They are friendly and courteous, I was offered a free label and package tape (unlike at many USPS offices where they make you pay for a simple sticky label nowadays! Literally saw it last week in Oceanside).
Whenever back in the area so will happily come here again for my postal needs ♥️?”
“I have no idea how this place got bad reviews. I’ve worked with 3 separate workers here, and they’ve all been super helpful, efficient, and incredibly nice!
I’ve never waited in a long line, at least not one that took a lot of time to get through.
I’m baffled at the bad reviews. I’ve gone to other post offices that took forever and were super crowded, and that’s never been the case here. I’d say take it with a grain of salt that those over reviewers were just having a bad day and wanted someone to blame.
This has absolutely become my go to post office! I just wish I knew all the employees’ names so that I could give them a shout out here!”
“I only go this USPS location as the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. I feel nervous going to any other USPS location as the reviews are not so good. I only send shipments internationally and the staff help me with information on goods to send. You will be well taken care of here and won’t be rushed.”
“Supervisor is great. Very helpful, and helps as much as he can. I always have issues getting mail that needs to be signed off or just a package, and when I call they always have answers. And are able to get me what I need.”
“The lady that does the passport photos is so nice! She helped me with my son's passport today and she had us in and out.
The processing time is currently 4-6 weeks but we don't have plans until next year!
