Lupe was super kind, honest and friendly, made me feel like I was dealing with family instead of feeling like I was dealing with a bank. Chase is awesome and I am glad I signed up here. Willits California is thriving because of this bank.

Jamie Dimon... Well overall chase hasn't wronged me other than a CLD which ended with me closing a useless card... Their loss. My problem with chase is that I don't trust them. They are banksters after all though so who would. This particular branch has very good customer service every time I have been there.
