Their seasoned wings are packed with flavor, their shrimp is fresh, the raw Denver cut steak…so tender and marbled and those Korean-style ribs, seriously addictive with that sweet-savory marinade vibe. Shoutout to Daniel Matheny from BYO Meat for the awesome free cooking experience he runs nearby on Saturdays! I brought my haul over, and Daniel worked his magic grilling and smoking everything to perfection. The wings came out crispy and juicy, the shrimp had that nice char, the Denver steak was melt-in-your-mouth, and the Korean ribs? Insanely delicious with that smoky edge. He really knows how to elevate top-notch meats like these, huge thanks for the delicious job and the fun community vibe! “Top 5 breakfast burrito in la/oc. I wasn't ready given how boring the signage is ?.
It's not fancy or unique but literally the best breakfast burrito package. If you're a breakfast burrito person you NEED to get this.
Service is solid and ambiance is basically what you expect.
Side note: the salsa is the only weak part. It's a generic chunky salsa with no real flavor. I recommend getting your own to take it to flavor town, but this burrito is RIDICULOUS.”
“Good hot food, burritos are my go to. Only difference is the burritos came with more ingredients like avocado, sour cream etc.. it also came with chips on the side.. now it's just a burrito with meat, cheese, rice, and beans, still good just not the same. Please bring back the side of chips and atleast the avocado in the burritos..”
“Was looking for some outer skirt steaks and checked Google maps for a butcher shop close to Hermosa. Didn't know we recently acquired one a stones throw away. Went in, and Albert is an awesome guy. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Picked up some marinaded pollo, which I grilled up last night. It was fantastic! I'm looking forward to picking up some outer skirts (he was out) and also trying some denver steaks. Oh, and the local beer selection was nice to see.”
“The produce is great. So is their customer service. I have a allergy to Turkey and every time we go to the deli they have had no problem cleaning off the slicer to make sure there will be no issues. In fact one time one of the ladies recognized me and remembered. Before I got to order she double checking if I was the person who had the allergy. It felt great to know that they are taking note of that kind of issues. Today when I went it one of the cashiers not just remembered me but remembered my name.

“Let me say their service is amazing the ladies working there are super friendly and polite. The chickens are fresh and yes they ask you before you let them now if you want your chickens whole or cut. The store is clean and well kept.”

Or any other type of meat is here plus they have anything else for your barbecue or whatever else you need to cook your favorite food especially in our carne asada plus they have ! Carnitas , chicharones , plus everything else you need for you menudo !”
“I love getting my meat here for the quality and prices. They keep most of their meat in the locker, so when u go in. If you don't see what you want, ask. Because they have it but don't always have it out because they like to keep mostly everything in the meat locker/ freezer.”
“Staff was great offered me a free salsa of my choice along with my order.
Meat was good and fairly priced. I saw some concerning comments about quality of meat but mine were pretty consistent.
I would recommend their deal which from what I believe was about 100 bucks for more than enough food for 6 people.
Give it a chance you might be surprised.”

The customer service was lacking (woman serving us seemed quite grumpy) and could have used a sprinkle of sale but worth the experience. Portions were large and quality good. “Friendly staff, liquor store type of place. It's a more pricey on just about everything, chips drinks, snacks in general. Only reason to give four stars, conveniently there's a dollar tree next to it. Went there twice only because the lines at the dollar are ridiculously long. “I drive about 30 minutes to get there. I believe they close at 2:00 pm, so if I go after that time I’m out of luck, which I understand. The young lady at the front is very friendly and efficient. I have purchased from them multiple times, each time purchasing several at the time, and so far, I have no complaints.”

“This place is a place I've been coming to as a kid. So many memories and it's crazy some of the workers are still there after all these years. All the workers are nice and sometimes the cashiers will do small talk with you. It may be a small place but you can find good food there. You got to have the carnitas, so bomb. You'll find the price higher than a grocery store but I'm going to support this local business.”
