“I had 2 appts that day and a scheduled ride to pick me up at a set time. Let me tell you, the first appt was at the lab. That was so quick that I had over a half hour to spare until my next appt. I even called to see if I could get in early, but they said it would be better to just keep my scheduled time. So I did and that appt was also quicker than expected that I had to call the transportation company to come and get me a half hour early. Sure wish all appointments would go that smoothly. Thank you.”

“I have a phobia that makes getting lab work done difficult. Despite taking anxiety meds prior, I was still really nervous. Michael helped me at the counter (I brought my physical orders in just in case) and I informed him about my phobia. He took me back, verified my info, and was really kind and understanding while getting me set up and doing the draw. He did an amazing job and I'm incredibly grateful to have gotten him as a tech.
