I was incredibly impressed by what he recommended and he was very helpful with my purchases. I even had to return one that I bought without his help and that was an easy processed and he made an even better suggestion. I highly recommend him.”
“Great place for outdoor artwork, crystals and all types of interesting gift items. An amazing waterfall to check out throughout the winter and spring, and a very charming atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping by on a trip through the canyon, or for specialized gifts or interesting decorations for your house.”

“I ordered online and assumed the beautiful crystals came with the hangers. I was wrong, but when I called the store , the gentleman I spoke with offered to send them to at no charge. Including the shipping.
He then noticed that I had ordered the wrong size crystals and offered to send me the correct size , again at no charge! I didn’t let him do that, after his previous no charge order.
Extraordinary customer service, and the crystals far exceeded my expectations!!!”

I had such a wonderful experience at Ashley’s! My sales associate, Jacob, was absolutely fantastic. He was funny, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. Jacob took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us explore different options, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. On top of that, he worked with us to get a really great deal. A big thank you as well to his manager, Angeles, who approved the deal and made the purchase even better. We left feeling confident and happy with our new furniture.

“I stumbled upon rebound consignment furniture store recently as I was looking for a certain table: the Cleeves coffee table by lulu & Georgia and on the lulu website this table was selling for 1500 and shipping date was given as march!! When I spoke to Jeanie she was so kind and worked with me on every step. I live in Illinois so she arranged for a freight service pickup at the best price and my package was so perfectly packed it came just as I expected!! I would recommend those who are in other parts of the US to use this company and check out their site! I am beyond happy with my purchase!!”
“We had a great experience with Benita at Sleep Number at Topanga. We had already done a lot of research online but being in the store, being able to feel and try the different mattresses, and having Benita describe the products was beyond helpful. We ended up getting more than planned due to the Black Friday deals (discounts and financing) but those decisions were made because we were physically able to touch and feel product. I don’t think that would’ve happened if we did this purely online.
We don’t have the bed yet so this review is only about the service at the store and not the bed itself. That will come later.”

And that’s exactly what he did. I asked a bunch of questions and he found a bunch of other great deals on other brands as well, stuff I wasn’t even finding during my own searches. “I ran into Sofa Design Gallery after a long and frustrating search for a sectional that actually fit both my space and my style. Bijan was super helpful and actually listened to what I wanted, then walked me through all the fabric choices, dimensions, and cushion options without making it feel overwhelming. It honestly felt more like working with a designer than just buying furniture.
The whole process was great! Bijan kept me updated the entire time, and my custom sofa was delivered a little earlier than promised, which was a nice surprise. And the sofa? It’s perfect. Super comfortable, beautiful craftsmanship, and exactly what I pictured—maybe even better. I’ve already sent two friends their way, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more pieces.

“My wife and I had found a company in Kentucky (we live in California) that makes custom furniture out of recycled wine and whiskey barrels. Problem was the shipping was insane. So we looked around trying to find someone who could make us a liquor cabinet but it seemed we weren't going to find anyone. We had given up and we're trying to find another option but kept coming back to that idea. Finally a friend had suggested looking for someone that sells just barrels and doing it myself. I came across Evans Family Barrels and, to my luck, they make custom furniture out of them!!!! We visited their store and Carole and Mike were beyond welcoming and very nice and helpful. We placed our order and even added in a fruit bowl (also made from recycled barrel). I just picked them up and couldn't be happier! Amazing work!”
