“I was welcomed into the office with ac and a greeting from the store manager Marcela ready to help me rent my first unit. I was confused with pricing and agreement but Marcela explained everything to me and made me feel at ease . Marcela walked me through the building to check out a few units to find a unit that best fit my needs I needed a small one and that’s exactly what I got. This place seems well managed. I love the other worker as well she was very nice and offered me water while I was being taken care of 5 stars is minimum for what they did for me today ! 10/10 stars”

“Erick , the manager, at the Extra Space storage, in my area is the best. I now have 2 storage units there. I have spoken to other employees and they are nice too, but I have a repor with Erick that's been for years. He always helps me out, is always kind, polite , and accommodating.It's a bit pricey I'm going to be honest, the bigger units anyway. However, I haven't shopped around so maybe they are competitive. I recommend the ONE I have unit(s) at anyway.”

“Not so long ago, I paid my monthly rental at Balboa, Northridge-located Public Storage. Nothing unusual until I met Mikiesha, a temp taking over somebody.
Like always, I got my eyes peeled for sth out of the ordinary. She was a new face & had the potential to upset me. All the more reason to be wary; she was loaded with housecleaning implements & looking nearly fatigued.
Fakes/pretenders usually underwhelm me. My body tensed up for a possible not-so-pleasant encounter. Imagine my surprise when in a sweet, pleasing voice, she asked, "How may I help you, sir?" All throughout the conversation, she maintained a winsome attitude along with smiles.
Funny but I almost anticipated the most likely slip-ups. Nothing! She was so nice & easy to talk to. I knew I got out on the wrong side of the bed earlier but meeting Mikiesha literally made my day. Kudos Public Storage for hiring the right people.”

“This is the BEST storage facility! I've stored at 3 other facilities in the area and SoCal is by far the most clean and well-maintained of them all. The massive, warehouse style elevator makes it easy to move items in and out. If I have any questions, the property manager Glenn is there to help. “If you’re looking to store furniture or anything personal STORAGE ETC in Chatsworth is the place to be. It’s safe, very clean and maintained, we know we’ve been here for a number of years. It’s hard to move everything when you’re old so we stored our big items here. I know some of the entertainment people also store here. So ask James or any of his kind staff for help, they’ve been wonderful. I highly recommend it.

“As far as public storage goes this is a decent site. I'm extremely appreciative of the fact they are a bit more relaxed in some aspects of running their business and don't come at you like fee Nazis if you are a day or 2 late on the bill. I do wish the units were accessible for a longer period of time each day. Maybe closing at 7pm vs 6pm would be amazing for someone like myself due to my work schedule. But still. The place is well worth the monthly charge. Thanks!”
