“I’ve been living in this apartment community for about 2 years, and overall it has been a very good experience. The property is well maintained, and the maintenance team is quick to respond whenever there is an issue. The environment here is pleasant, clean, and comfortable, which makes it a nice place to live.

One of the biggest advantages is the location. It’s very convenient and close to grocery stores and daily essentials like Ross, Sprouts, Domino’s, and McDonald’s, so everything you need is just a short distance away. Being close to the center of the city also makes commuting and daily errands much easier.

I would especially like to mention David from the maintenance team. He is very experienced, professional, and always helpful when resolving maintenance requests quickly. I also appreciate the leasing team for being supportive, friendly, and responsive whenever we have questions.

Another thing we really appreciate is the family-friendly environment. My kid has made a few good friends here, which makes the community feel even more welcoming and comfortable for families.

Overall, it’s a good community with a convenient location, helpful staff, and a nice environment for families.”

I was scared and unable to find a place, after many application fees and pounding the pavement we came to The Ranch where Priscilla greeted my son and I with such a warm and friendly vibe and was very helpful , not to mention she responded to my every and many emails and phone calls and there were a-lot! She gave my children and I a safe and nice home again, I also have referred several people looking for an apartment because I had such a wonderful experience with Priscilla and will continue to recommend her.”
