“I drive some distance, bypassing the Sprouts that is 2 miles from my home, just to shop at this location. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Recently, I've noticed that Sprouts has made deep cuts in their plant based products and they've stopped carrying alot of my favorite products, including Silk Soy Alternative Yogurt. I me turned how disappointed I was to Armando, the dairy manager. He could have just said, 'yep....sorry'; instead he offered to do a search and special order it for me. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, he wasn't there and they had a little trouble finding my order. But Andrew stepped up and spent 15 minutes hunting it down for me! Truly appreciate the customer service and their desire to deliver a quality experience at this Sprouts!”

“12/23/23 We stopped by another location (Newport Beach) to picked up food and when I received my order it was clearly not going to be enough for my expected guest, completely frustrated, we left. I ended up calling the Yorba Linda store and was transferred to the Deli where I was relived to hear that they would be able to accommodate my needs, the other store did not offer any suggestions. After we arrived we ended up talking to the Deli Manager and were pleasantly surprised at how helpful and accommodating she was, sorry, I don't recall her name. Please personally thank her for us, this employee went above and beyond to help us.”

“Was going to go buy some sushi after going to Smart & Final, but discovered that Friday is five dollar sushi day got great products, good prices on energy drinks, pedigree dog, food that’s hard to find anywhere else, plus I got a great deal on sushi! Smart & Final is winning me over slowly, but surely. And check out their gorgeous, heirloom squash display. Just beautiful.”
