They always pull outfits for me that end up looking amazing and ultimately come home with me!!! Also, the owner Allison is the sweetest!!! Do yourself a favor and stop in!! Oh and they have super cute kids clothes too!”
“The wonderfully unflappable, resourceful woman who helped me at this location is the definition of someone who is good at their job. I messed up and added the wrong belt size to my order and needed the khakis I bought steamed so I could wear them out of the store. As I got a new belt, she held court as maybe six other customers approached and needed her attention (one customer knew her name, so I imagine others have been similarly impressed). She never lost sight of what I needed, and got me looking right for my work event. Testament to whoever staffs this place, please give everyone here a raise.”

“This is an old-fashioned clothing store. I used to shop at places like this when I was a child. It’s got variety, but it’s not overwhelming, like a department store. I always find something that I like: underwear, jeggings, a blouse. They have petite sizes, so I get clothing that fits me. The dressing room is more comfortable than the ones they have at department stores. I visit McCalou’s every 6 weeks or so. I can’t pronounce it, but I love it.”
“WOW! Strolled in "just to look" and found myself scooping up major bargains - flannel PJ;s- darling Xmas blankets...and the list goes on. I had a Party of one - did a ton Xmas shopping...and felt compelled to return on Day #2... bliss!Asked one clerk wha her "favs" were and she mentioned the sweaters. Found an armful of very pretty sweaters at amazing prices...It is very Rare for me to return to the same store twice...”

“I just want to say thank you to Trina at Napa Pendleton. I've lived in Sacramento and now I live in San Francisco. This is my go to store. I tend to arrive at closing and unfortunately it's not uncommon for me to buy a bunch of stuff and return half of it a week later unused with the tags on and trina is always polite about helping me.
I also want to say... in general; Trina is a great person to ask for advice on pairing clothing or gifts. Just look at her. She should be in a Pendleton. Shes unique.

“Chico's Sonoma is my "go-to place" for gifts for my friends....and they are never disappointed. The manager, Angela, is passionate about customer service and is great at matching clothes to customer's lifestyles/tastes. I have yet to buy an item that has been returned. Using Chico's as a gift resource makes my life much easier. They carry both trendy and basic pieces. Whether you are looking for a little "pick-me-up" accessory, a "showstopper" item or are in the mood for a sale item, this is the place to go. I am always welcomed by the very friendly staff that know me by sight. Quality clothing at a good value. One of my favorite shops on the Plaza.”

“I visited from San Francisco and got 3 rolls for $16, spicy tuna, spicy hamachi, and spicy salmon. Super cheap since one roll in SF is $16. Happy with value and yumminess.”
“Super cute shop, which I entered just to pass the time while waiting for my husband, but was impressed by their layout of carefully curated clothing and accessories. Eclectic pieces with a flair, has both a domestic as well as international vibe, both classy and sophisticated as well as a bit of casual thrown in. The saleswomen were sweet and attentive, one woman proactively coming toward me when she saw that I had a tee-shirt in my hand, and asked me if I wanted to start a room. She had an air about her that was not at all pushy, but just wanted to help, which I appreciated. Their price point is affordable in that they carry a range of stuff, also at different sizes. I ended up not buying the top in hand only because though it was a size S, the shoulders were cut rather wide. Tie Dye is my thing these days, and I couldn't resist picking it up. If you're passing by and fashion is your thing, this an awesome place to duck into if not to buy, than to get inspiration from :-)”
