“I hit a deer with my car and it was, unfortunately, totaled. Victoria was especially helpful in helping me understand the process. They were always friendly, professional, and helpful every time I needed to call them. Miracle was incredibly quick in finding all the damage on my vehicle, and sending the invoices to the insurance company. I was waiting on my insurance WAY more often than Miracle. “We recently had tailgate and bumper repairs on our vehicle. We were impressed with Vigiani’s service from our first encounter with their staff. From estimate to completion we found them to be professional, friendly, and thorough. They coordinated with our insurance company and kept us informed about the status of the work, throughout the process.
When we picked up our vehicle, we were presented with a booklet containing copies of all parts invoices, photos of the progression of the actual work performed, the original estimate and the itemized bill. Our vehicle was washed and the interior was cleaned. The tailgate and bumper look new and function beautifully.

“I will never go anywhere else! So glad this company is in network for progressive, i have a luxury car and someone tore my door handle off trying to get in. They made every step so easy and understandable, the receptionist is amazing so friendly every time you speak with her, so sweet. My car looks absolutely amazing and they did a bunch of little things when they were inside of it that showed they cared and respected my property. It was very evident my baby was in good hands and like I said I will never go anywhere else! Oh did I mention the work they do on your car comes with lifetime warranty!!! If that specific thing malfunctions head on back ?”
“Had the pleasure of meeting Kevin today, super nice guy! My daughter's tire blew out nearby so he flagged her down over to his shop and put her spare on for her and didn't charge us or anything. Such a great thing to do for a stranger and was super cool while doing it too! We shared a couple of stories with each other and shot the breeze for a minute.
