“We recently had tailgate and bumper repairs on our vehicle. We were impressed with Vigiani’s service from our first encounter with their staff. From estimate to completion we found them to be professional, friendly, and thorough. They coordinated with our insurance company and kept us informed about the status of the work, throughout the process.
When we picked up our vehicle, we were presented with a booklet containing copies of all parts invoices, photos of the progression of the actual work performed, the original estimate and the itemized bill. Our vehicle was washed and the interior was cleaned. The tailgate and bumper look new and function beautifully.

“Very courteous, friendly staff who made the process more efficient and less stressful or intimidating. The windshield replacement was said to take about 2 hours and it was completed a few minutes early. Although I was told to arrive at least 10 minutes before the appointment, I ran 1-2 min late due to an errand and was glad it wasn't too big of an issue. The lady who helped with the checkout process was also very accommodating regarding a discount that couldn't be applied when making the appointment online. She applied it in-person and I appreciated her patience and positive attitude. The gentlemen who also worked on the car and had me check in were also very friendly and so far, they did a great job on the windshield replacement and windshield wipers. However, they didn't run me through the do's and don'ts after the replacement...”
