“While heading home from work, my car suddenly stopped moving and multiple dashboard lights came on, so I pulled into a Target parking lot and found Bains Towing on Google. Service was quick, and Eddie arrived promptly. He was amazing, professional, kind, and very reassuring. We went to drop the car off at Honda dealership, but it was closed even though I had been told I could drop the car off. It was close to 7 PM, and I wasn’t sure what to do.
Eddie went above and beyond by offering to keep my car overnight at no extra charge and bring it back to the dealership the next day. He even contacted his company to keep them informed. I was already stressed, and his help meant a lot. Great customer service and communication. Definitely recommend Bains Towing!”

“Locked myself out of my pickup Friday 3:45am spoke with dispatch said a driver would be there shortly. After 45min sitting on cold steel tailgate called dispatch back who after a brief holwpd let me know the 2 driver's on call were not answering, She called the owner who was asleep got up and took responsibility and rescued me & gave me a discount too. Good help can be hard to find but this company's owner exhibited empathy, integrity”
