“Our car died out in Colusa, Randy (jr) arrived quickly, loaded it up within a few mins, and took it to Harvey and Songer in Yuba City. Very reasonable rates, especially for the weekend and for how quickly he got to us. Plus he was a great conversation on the drive. Thanks!!”
“Arnold was super professional and thought every step of the process out. There was no rushing which meant no damage To my truck or the tow truck. He meticulously loaded my car that didn’t even have a wheel on it. He had the truck on his truck within 20 minutes and his initial arrival was only 10 minutes! Thank you, Anthony’s towing and thank you Andy for a great job. I really appreciate you folks!”
“My experience was wonderful. From the front desk to the estimator very professional and helpful. Needed my side mirror replaced. Work was done quickly and looks great. You can tell the customers are their top priority. I highly recommend Gerber.”

“While heading home from work, my car suddenly stopped moving and multiple dashboard lights came on, so I pulled into a Target parking lot and found Bains Towing on Google. Service was quick, and Eddie arrived promptly. He was amazing, professional, kind, and very reassuring. We went to drop the car off at Honda dealership, but it was closed even though I had been told I could drop the car off. It was close to 7 PM, and I wasn’t sure what to do.
Eddie went above and beyond by offering to keep my car overnight at no extra charge and bring it back to the dealership the next day. He even contacted his company to keep them informed. I was already stressed, and his help meant a lot. Great customer service and communication. Definitely recommend Bains Towing!”
“Lisa was amazing, very caring and helpful. They did a perfect job replacing my rear bumper after an accident. Looks brand new. They also washed my car before picking up! Great customer service. Highly recommend for any body work needed. 10/10! Best body shop in town.”
“Our Mack 10W was fixed 2 times before we got to Big Rig Truck Repair, I called after 6pm and they said come in, we can take a look. My driver was too tired from no AC, so we went in 8am. They fixed the problem and were very professional and kind. We will take all our problems to Big Rigs...thanks guys!!! A+++”
“I can see no reason to provide feedback on improving at this location. Supplies were stocked, crew was friendly, my hitch installation took a little over 2 hours as stated.
A pad for the bench would sure improve things.”
“I cannot say enough good things about Jayden and the team at the Yuba City U-Haul!
We used U-Boxes for our move from California to Oklahoma, and Jayden was wonderful throughout the process. Unfortunately, once our boxes arrived in Oklahoma, we ran into a major issue with the location they were shipped to. We were told our U-Boxes would be loaded onto a trailer and ready for pickup. We drove an hour to get them, then waited around for over an hour before finally being told they weren't going to be able to get our boxes to us that day.
When the manager called me two days later, I was told we would simply have to make another trip to pick them up. They weren't willing to deliver them or offer any kind of credit for the extra fuel, time, and inconvenience caused by their mistake. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated.
I called Jayden in Yuba City because she had helped us with our move from the beginning. She immediately said she would contact the Oklahoma location and see what she could do.
Within just a couple of hours, the Oklahoma manager called me back with a completely different attitude. He was very apologetic and offered to have an employee deliver our U-Boxes directly to us the following day!
That change happened because Jayden stepped in to help us. She took ownership of a problem that wasn't even caused by her location and made sure we were taken care of. THAT is amazing customer service.
Jayden truly saved the day for us, and I am incredibly grateful. Huge thank you to her and the entire Yuba City U-Haul team. They have been fantastic throughout this move, and I would absolutely recommend them!”

“Absolutely amazing service from this towing company. They handled a 45-minute tow professionally and went above and beyond by bringing a backup tow truck to make sure the vehicle was loaded safely and made it without any issues. The drivers were patient, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing the job right. In a stressful situation, they made everything smooth and easy. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable towing services.”

“Locked myself out of my pickup Friday 3:45am spoke with dispatch said a driver would be there shortly. After 45min sitting on cold steel tailgate called dispatch back who after a brief holwpd let me know the 2 driver's on call were not answering, She called the owner who was asleep got up and took responsibility and rescued me & gave me a discount too. Good help can be hard to find but this company's owner exhibited empathy, integrity”
