I went into the AT&T store today and was pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service the workers had. They answered questions I had before I even asked. They helped me with what I needed and got me in and out of there.

Purchased iPhone 15 max pro 512 gb all went well only thing was 3hrs to transfer all my apps and photos to new phone but other than that all else went well

Great store experience when going in for a phone upgrade. The three guys there were very friendly and made it a super smooth process. We watched them take care of a couple other customers who came in with device issues, and it just seemed like they really cared.
