Jacob was absolutely awesome. He helped me figure out a new phone upgrade and handled support so quickly after I had spent hours trying to get phone support to figure out my issues. Wouldn’t be a Verizon customer today if it wasn’t for him. This guy deserves a raise or promotion, or both.
